MLD is light rhythmic massage designed to stimulate the lymph system, reduce swelling, promote healthy circulation. This service is ideal for clients seeking wellness support as well as those recovering from surgical procedures.

We are open 5 days a week. We have 7 massage therapists and 4 treatment rooms to accommodate your scheduling needs.

At Ideal Health Enhancement Center our massage therapists incorporate moist heat, hot stones and hot towels in every massage. By using hot stones as a tool along with moist heat to help warm the muscles, our therapist are capable of using the necessary pressure needed to help work out your stress or injury related problems. You will receive the full time on the table whether you book a 45, 60, 75 or 90 minute massage. We don't believe you should pay for the time it takes to change your clothes.

90% of our clients come to us for deep tissue therapeutic work, if you want more or less pressure please tell your therapist during the massage. The therapist will do everything they can to customize the massage to fit your needs but communication is the key to a great massage.

A 45 minute massage (full 45 min on the table) will give the therapist enough time to do a full body massage. This time can also be used strictly to focus attention a few areas forgoing the complete full body massage.

You will receive the full 45 minutes on the table. $65 (Members $60)

60 MINUTE MASSAGE
A 60 minute massage (full 60 min on the table) will give the therapist enough time to do a full body massage with some focus on specific areas. This time can also be used strictly to focus attention a few areas forgoing the complete full body massage.

You will receive the full 60 minutes on the table. $80 (Members $70)

75 MINUTE MASSAGE
A 75 minute massage (full 75 min on the table) will give the therapist enough time to do a full body massage while still working on some of your problem areas. Many clients believe this is the perfect amount of time and so do we.

Our 90 minute massage is our longest massage and will give the therapist plenty of time to work your whole body and also focus in length on some problem areas you may have.
